Blain Wease is the Founder & President of the Provincial Development Group, Inc., a Nashville-based professional services firm that works with small to mid-sized companies to help drive stronger revenue performance and enhance their leadership effectiveness. Blain has served in a wide variety of professional roles, beginning as an entry-level sales associate, to senior executive and ultimately becoming an entrepreneur. Regardless of the position or title, his contributions have consistently served as a catalyst to growing profitable revenue in a healthy sustainable manner and igniting leaders to maximize their impact. In addition to the client work that Blain delivers, he is a frequent speaker at various conferences and events. He serves on the board of the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation.
Blain is the founder and host of the Nashville Leadership Luncheon, which draws an audience of influential entrepreneurs and senior-level executives. It is held twice a year, in conjunction with the Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena.
Blain was born and raised outside of Toronto, Canada. He has been married for more than two decades to his wife Shaloma and they have four children. Their family resides in beautiful Franklin, Tennessee.
