Melissa joined Provincial Development Group in 2016 as an Executive Assistant for Blain Wease, President of Provincial Development Group. She assists Blain with client services, scheduling, and coordination of the Nashville Leadership Luncheon. Melissa’s professional background includes 10 years in Executive Assisting, 9 years in Event Panning and 3 years in virtual services. Melissa comes to Provincial Development Group, after having worked as Event Coordinator and Assistant at Lampo Group Inc. as well as coordinating a $2 million dollar fundraising event, Delek Tournament for Hope. Melissa earned her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Communication with a concentration in Event Planning from Auburn University in 2002.

Born and raised in Nashville, Melissa planted her roots and during her off time you will find her embracing family life with her husband and 3 children.


Ann CLaire team

Ann Claire Clauer | Bookkeeping | 

Born and raised in Nashville, Ann Claire began her accounting career after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Samford University in 2005. She worked for a local accounting firm for 10 years, focusing on tax and accounting services, before branching out on her own. Being a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, her main focus is assisting small to medium size businesses with bookkeeping and financial needs. Ann Claire graduated from Lipscomb Academy and in her spare time she enjoys volunteering for Hearing Bridges, traveling, hot yoga, and exploring new restaurants, especially for brunch.

 Dave Jaworski | Director of Technology

Dave has over 25 years of sales, technology, and executive management experience. He started with a degree in Computer Science and has spent half of his adult life on the Technology side of business, and the other half in Sales and Marketing. He was the third employee at Microsoft Canada, (there were only 7 of them when they opened the doors). He served as Microsoft’s National Sales Manager before being promoted to General Manager of Western U.S. Sales where he led the team managing 80% of Microsoft’s U.S. business. He was then promoted to run U.S. Sales Operations and Microsoft University. Dave has been CEO of his own entrepreneurial businesses and has worked with startups to multi-billion dollar corporations. Dave is the first recipient of the Bill Gates Chairman’s Award of Excellence.


David Miller | Creative Director

David Miller currently holds the position of Art Director and Lead Designer with AlphaGraphics of Franklin. David manages the design and print production efforts for a large portfolio of accounts which span from small entrepreneurial operations to large, multi-state businesses. With an extensive background in brand identity, typography and design, David routinely takes vague ideas and translates them into attention-grabbing, action-spurring finished products that fit the unique needs of the clients with whom he partners. A self-confessed comic book and techno geek, David draws inspiration from a myriad of traditional and off-beat sources. David lives in Nashville with his wife Holly and their dog, Benji.
