The Nashville Leadership Luncheon is one of the
region’s premier events on the topic of Leadership. Each spring and fall, entrepreneurs and senior-level executives, from both for-profit and not for profit organizations, as well as those who are interested in advancing their leadership skills, gather at Bridgestone Arena for a first-class experience.
The luncheons feature compelling Keynote Speakers, addressing a specific aspect of leadership that they have mastered and what that has looked like along their journey. Attendees have enjoyed hearing from leaders like Barry Trotz, former Nashville Predators Head Coach, and Joe Scarlett, former CEO & Chairman at Tractor Supply Company.
Each Nashville Leadership Luncheon also features a first-rate panel discussion, with each panelist breaking down a particular element of leadership. Attendees have the opportunity to hear about how these leaders have made mistakes and course corrected, as well as how they were able to influence their teams to achieve great things. The panel presentations are followed by a time with the audience for Q&A.
Countless business relationships have been formed as a result of attending the luncheons. This setting provides a great environment to foster and grow connections. One of the most rewarding outcomes for the team that hosts the luncheons is to learn about all of the business opportunities that were created from connections that were formed at previous luncheons.
Attendees can expect to experience a first-class event with excellent food, warm southern hospitality, a unique, dynamic environment and real leadership tools that can go to work with you as soon as you leave your seat and head back to the office.
Blain Wease is the founder and host of the Nashville Leadership Luncheons. The Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena are the Title Sponsors for the event.
“It’s been a real pleasure working with Blain Wease. He works tirelessly to make the Nashville Leadership Luncheons informative and productive for all attendees. The event is always a huge success. He is a dedicated professional – efficient, proactive, intelligent and eager perfectionist.”
Jeff Cogen | Former CEO | Nashville Predators
“For the last two years I have attended the Leadership Luncheon hosted by Blain Wease. I wasn’t sure what to expect year one, but I was truly touched and inspired by the speakers sharing their leadership techniques and principles. Year two was even more powerful since I knew what to expect and was prepared to write everything down. Not matter where a leader is on their journey, to be surrounded by your peers, in an open forum, is like working out with a great coach. And if you’re a leader that feels that you don’t need a coach…. Let me remind you. Jack Nicklaus had one his entire career.”
