Misty began her career in the insurance and financial services industries in 1992 with Secura Insurance in Appleton, WI. In the four years that followed, she advanced through the property and casualty company before being promoted to the rapidly expanding investment division, SII Investments, Inc. (merged into National Planning Holdings (NPH), broker dealer network of Jackson National Life Insurance Company, affiliate of Prudential of the UK).
Prior to joining Provincial Development Group, Rose spent 19 years working directly with executive teams. She brings a valuable perspective to PDG, as 15 of those years were in the wealth management industry.
Rose has an extensive background managing significant business relationships and a passion for delivering a delightful client experience. Her detail-oriented nature extends wholly into the planning, coordination, and messaging she oversees for PDG.
Rose lives in mid-Michigan, and when she’s not working, she’s probably spending time with her husband and three children. Family bike rides are her favorite.

She demonstrates expertise and professionalism using a collaborative, yet assertive approach in a team environment to deliver results.
Kathryn Costello has a rich tapestry within her body of creative work, helping both companies and individuals to represent themselves in a compelling and authentic light. Her professional portfolio of work is centered around the spheres of branding and marketing. She works closely with her clients to tell their story and represent their brand, in manner that captures the attention their target audience. With more than a quarter century of experience, her expertise has led her to develop create new brands, navigate rebrands, design and build websites, create marketing content and coordinate all aspects of a client’s visual portfolio’s. She is also a gifted photographer enabling her to capture beautiful imagery of her clients and their environments. Kathryn has an extensive body of work within the social media and digital marketing spheres. As a visual artist and award-winning photographer, she brings a more integrated approach to her work enabling her to create a better overall deliverable for clients.
Michael Anderson has worked for over 25 years in various accounting positions servicing a multitude of industries including real estate investment, hospitality, retail, and entertainment. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs himself, he is passionate about business success and growth, and understands the importance of excellence in the day-to-day accounting operations to achieve that end.
After working in a family business in Indiana for many years, Michael moved to Tennessee in 2002 where he worked in a corporate regional office for Home Depot’s At-Home Services division and later for an accounting firm on Nashville’s Music Row. He currently resides in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, with his wife, Alissa, and two children, Colin and Katelyn.
