The first step in our process is to ensure that we are a good fit for the things a prospective client is committed to improving. This includes both the objective and subjective aspects of a healthy working relationship.
On the front end of our work with a new client, is our Discovery process, which is some of the most important and impactful work we do. It sets the stage for the rest of the journey with the client, and provides a framework for our advisors and our clients to agree on, relative to what they want to accomplish. At the conclusion of our Discovery, we present the leader(s) of the firm with a series of recommendations for each aspect of their firm, that are both strategic and tactical in nature.
If our clients opt to have us help them with the implementation of the recommendations, our prioritized list of items from the Discovery becomes the plumb line for our Engagement phase. This enables us to be on the same page as our clients about what they want to accomplish, the timeline to do so and how success is defined. The way we engage our clients is one of the most unique aspects of our firm, it goes well beyond coaching and consulting, in order to form a deeply integrated working partnership, that has us working alongside our clients, to help them actually get the work done and equip them for future success in the process. We are focused on execution, rather than simply cheering from the sidelines and hoping everything turns out as it should.
At the conclusion of our Engagement phase, we have helped our clients lay the groundwork to get clear about the future they want to pursue and how they will accomplish that. Additionally, we have helped position them to achieve sustainable growth, in a professional manner. Lastly, we helped positioned them to scale for their growth, knowing that grow is a key outcome, but at the same time growth creates complexity and if they are not prepared for the growth, it can create havoc.
