Advisory Phase

A number of our clients have expressed interest in having their advisor stay connected to their firm beyond the Engagement period, to help them maintain their focus on the work we have done together. Whether it be a monthly video conference call, a quarterly site visit, or an annual review of the strategic plan, to inform the coming year’s annual goals, we welcome the opportunity to continue to assist our clients in protecting the momentum our clients have benefitted from. This is always a highly reflexive phase that is determined by what the client is looking to accomplish, coupled with the continuity of our specific areas of expertise.
